It was about a year and 2 weeks ago, a friend of mine went to go watch a Fifa world cup match in Port Elizabeth and as he left the stadium after the match, he got hit by a drunk driver who tried to run away after hitting him. He got caught not far from the scene. As for my friend, he passed away 3 days later.
