No Regret Friday

Caro Smit – SADD

“South Africans Against Drunk Driving (SADD) promotes the responsible use of alcohol and is not anti-alcohol! SADD promotes “No Regret Fridays” and suggests everyone takes this opportunity to evaluate their drinking habits and if necessary to make changes in how they drink for their own sake; the sake of their family and the sake of society.”

~ Caro Smit, South Africans Against Drunk Driving (SADD)

SADD is anti:

Excessive alcohol use on the roads is costing the South African economy R56 Billion + each year. The incredible pain and suffering it is causing families is uncountable. This is money that could be spent on much needed resources like better roads, medical care and schooling.

The safest drinking rule is 1 Unit per hour, with a maximum of 5 Units in a day.

The safest driving rule is Zero alcohol in your body.
